Nutrition N/Z Regarding physical exercise and sport: Jean Pierre Willem: “Nobel Prize winner Dr Otto Warburg implicated poor cellular oxygenation in the cancer process.
Cancer cells draw their respiration from anaerobic fermentation (absence of oxygen), which produces lactic acid. The cells and tissue lose many of their qualities and functions, except those of reproducing and worsening their cancer. Deficiencies in vitamins B, PP, E, A, and numerous trace elements often occur and aggravate the process. Sugars hinder the secretory action of lymphocytes and of anti-cancer and anti-virus interferon.
According to Dr Gernez, fasting or food reduction puts the terrain into acidosis which makes it possible to ‘starve the cancer cells’ (avid for sugar) and to neutralize them through a beneficial blood acidosis and not tissue acidosis this time! Moreover, fever puts the terrain into acidosis. Oxygenated muscular activity does the same.

13°) Karmic and transgenerational links:
France, humanity and all of us individually are only at the beginnings of becoming conscious of more or less ancient traumas, and of the effects that continue to impact most of us unconsciously, in different ways.
It has also been one of the favorite “matrix” means used to weaken us. Revelations will multiply and so much the better.
We need regeneration of karmas and to free ourselves from them in order to rise fully again.
What is concerned by “dis-ease”, deficient, unbalanced, dissonant, destructured, will be re-harmonized. Hidden, forgotten, unconscious truths will reappear. Whether we want it or not.
Transgenerational disorders would act for up to 7 generations with somatization effects that evolve from one generation to the next.
The more they are kept silent — and that is also the right word in the language of the birds — the more serious the effects. They continue to self-destroy the victims and to impact their descendants, when they have any. Who reproduce the same patterns, attract to themselves their own tormentors, who know how to recognize their potential victims.
Sexual subjects were even more taboo at a certain time. And even today we see the omerta. The unknown and the unconscious. All circles are concerned.
Whether rapes or serious violence, everyone can understand that for 7 generations, every family is concerned.
It is difficult to know the truth: the more taboo the subjects, the more silence reigns.
But there is no need to always know with certainty the past in one’s family a century back.
In mine, I eventually understood that one of my great-grandmothers had probably been raped by the “Master of the house.” At a time when men often abused the “household staff.” Among other things. And when women were considered as “furniture,” just “good” for procreating, ensuring the lineage and submitting to macho desires and impulses.
10% of the Parisian female population was prostituted in the 19th century. And this continues to impact the mentality in our country and in this region, without us being completely aware of it. The essential thing is to analyze one’s life and to see whether there are recurrences, traumatic events, serious violence, rapes, abuse, harassment, self-sabotage, suicidal or addictive behaviors etc.
It is also important to analyze the predispositions of “hereditary” and recurrent illnesses in families.
Heart problems for example struck in my family, the next generation the trauma of rape. Including my grandfather at 43, then his sons. Then it was rather problems of depression, suicidal tendencies, serious addictions.
The somatization evolved and rapes occur again.
It is the heart chakra that is first concerned: frustrations, hatred, feeling of betrayal, shame, self-esteem, feeling of injustice or even revenge, anger?
But this kind of emotion also weakens the hormonal system, the liver etc.
These vicious circles must be stopped, because there is no fatality. The “trials” are there to make us become conscious of what must be understood, cleaned and regenerated. The entire family tree will be rebalanced because we are all interconnected, even more so in the intimate and family circle. To finish on a note of hope: the expression “what does not kill you makes you stronger” is also valid in these cases.
The capacity for survival, rebellion, resistance is also transmitted by the victims to their descendants who therefore find themselves predisposed to relive traumas, but also to have the strength of character to get out of them.
Because, as soon as one becomes conscious of the predispositions, regenerates oneself and frees oneself, karma and recurrences are interrupted. One makes space, and one replaces the energies. But one must imperatively strengthen oneself and remain uncompromising in the face of aggressors who will test again. For a certain time.
And the next generation will be freed.
