The powerful medicinal properties of a beautiful plant helichrysum italicum

Post n° 126

I hope you are doing fine.

The botanical name helichrysum comes from the Greek helios for sun and chrysos for gold or golden.

In the Jardin des Plantes in Paris, we can read: "Associated with the solar god Apollo, it has been used in herbal medicine for a very long time.

In the 20th century, studies showed its pharmacological properties: anti-hematoma, anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, healing, antibacterial ...).

Of growing economic interest, including in cosmetology and perfumery, its culture is developing, particularly in Corsica. Its leaves with a taste reminiscent of curry are used in cooking".

This plant also helps for anti-aging and anti-wrinkle skin care, varicose veins, stretch marks, bruises, redness, as well as for emotional digestion, it soothes hypersensitive and emotional and nervous people.

Its essential oil is recommended by Jean-Pierre Willem against hematomas and to stimulate the immune system.

Below I gladly share free information on more than 250 medicinal plants, some known and used since antiquity.

Among other things, because my site has more than 30 sections.

My tiktok channel over 300 short videos.

The site is totally bilingual french-english. many publications here too and a third of the Tiktok videos. Thank you for your attention.

Let's keep experimenting with integrative medicine and sharing about the basics of natural health and regeneration.
